Holloman Air Force Base

Over Forty five years of paving experience led to the exclusive annual award: "Outstanding Achievement Through Value Engineering" by the United States Department of Defense.

The award was for saving the Government several hundred thousand dollars while reconstructing one of the runways at Holloman Air Force Base, NM.
